There is a lot to say about this steak but the most important thing is that it is mouth-watering good!!!
I believe that the best way to enjoy a tender tasty steak is on a grill, but you can broil or pan fry this morsel of goodness if you like.
Our Strip Steaks are cut 1.5” thick and sold per steak not by the pound.
